Two new Swiss longevity models: a twelve-month clinic and a private members’ club
UtoLife and Seven Springs use the same category language but sell fundamentally different relationships.

The answer first
UtoLife markets a physician-led twelve-month programme in Zurich, while Seven Springs presents a private wellness club combining events, retreats, practitioners and member access.
Why it matters
The longevity market is expanding beyond one-off clinic stays into subscriptions, annual programmes and private communities.
The two business models
UtoLife describes its Genesis programme as a physician-led, twelve-month sequence of ten integrated clinical interventions. The emphasis is longitudinal assessment and programme continuity rather than a short retreat.
Seven Springs describes a private club that brings together practitioners, retreats, events, premium brands and a member community. Its current programming includes a women’s longevity retreat and time-limited founding membership pricing.
Why the category is changing
A longer relationship can create better follow-up and more consistent measurement, but it also creates a larger financial commitment and more personal data. Consumers should understand which services are medical, which are hospitality and which are community benefits.
These models suggest that high-end longevity is adopting the economics of private clubs and subscriptions, not only destination spas.
The comparison describes provider models and published materials; it does not validate treatment outcomes.
