Best longevity retreats in Spain for 2026? Four programmes compared
SHA, RoseBar, Atzaró and ZEM all use the language of longevity. The actual experiences range from medical programmes to bookable spa circuits.

The answer first
There is no single best longevity retreat in Spain. SHA and ZEM present intensive, multi-day health programmes; RoseBar combines diagnostics with short or longer stays; Atzaró offers the most accessible entry point through individually priced spa sessions and a €270 longevity day.
Why it matters
“Longevity retreat” now covers everything from a spa afternoon to medically supervised programmes costing thousands. Comparing oversight, diagnostics, treatments, duration and price is more useful than comparing branding.
How the four programmes differ
SHA Spain in Alicante describes a medically oriented health-optimisation model that brings together diagnostics, precision medicine, nutrition and a wide treatment menu. It is the clearest fit for someone seeking a structured residential programme with clinical infrastructure, although the provider’s evidence and benefit claims still need to be assessed intervention by intervention.
RoseBar at Six Senses Ibiza offers one-, three- and seven-day longevity programmes combining diagnostics, wellness technology and resort accommodation. Atzaró, also in Ibiza, takes a more modular approach: visitors can book a body scan, cryotherapy, infrared-bed session or a longevity day without committing to a full residential programme. ZEM Wellness Clinic in Altea positions itself at the intensive luxury end, with multi-day longevity programmes combining medical, nutritional and spa components.
- SHA Spain: broad medical and diagnostic infrastructure
- RoseBar: longevity programme inside a luxury resort
- Atzaró: modular sessions and transparent à-la-carte pricing
- ZEM: intensive residential wellness-clinic positioning
What to compare before booking
Ask which clinicians are involved, which tests are included, which therapies are optional and which claimed benefits are supported by evidence. A body-composition scan, a massage and an intravenous treatment do not carry the same evidence or risk profile simply because they appear in one itinerary.
Pricing should be requested as an itemised programme rather than a headline package. Check what is included in accommodation, consultations, laboratory work, follow-up and treatment. Anecdotal’s comparison does not rank medical outcomes; it shows how the programmes differ so readers can ask better questions.
Compared from current provider materials. Anecdotal has not independently visited or clinically assessed these programmes.
