What ‘longevity’ costs at an Ibiza spa
Atzaró’s menu runs from €50 cryotherapy to a €270 longevity day. It is a useful look at how the idea is being packaged by the session.

Atzaró’s 2026 Ibiza menu sells individual body scanning, hypoxia, infrared, cryotherapy and training sessions, plus a €270 day experience combining several services with spa access and lunch credit.
Why this matters
Transparent à-la-carte prices make it easier to see what a longevity-labelled experience actually contains—and which claims belong to the provider.
What is on the menu
Atzaró lists 3D body scanning, hypoxia sessions, an infrared bed, cryotherapy, a contrast circuit and personal training. Its longevity day combines a scan, infrared session, cryotherapy, spa access, a class and food-and-beverage credit.
The transparent menu makes the experience easier to compare with a residential programme. It is possible to book one modality without purchasing a week of accommodation and consultations.
What the price list cannot establish
The provider describes benefits for recovery, inflammation, circulation and cellular function. Those are provider claims and need to be evaluated separately for each modality and protocol.
Price transparency is valuable, but it is not evidence of effectiveness. Anecdotal keeps the provider’s description, the commercial status and the evidence question visibly separate.
What this is based on
Prices and treatment descriptions are provider-sourced. Clinical benefit claims have not been independently verified.
